Poplar Bluff TCRC Facility

The Poplar Bluff, Missouri Telecommunication Community Resource Center (TCRC) is located in the E.K. Porter Distance Learning Center on the Three Rivers Community College campus. The TCRC occupies rooms on both the first and second floor, which includes:

  • 1 two-way interactive video (ITV) classroom which will seat 40 people.

  • 1 combination ITV classroom and networked computer lab which will seat 16 people.

  • ITV conference room that seats 12

  • conference planning and multimedia production area

  • public access computer area

  • one-way satellite communication
