Interactive Video (ITV) Conferencing We have three rooms that are available for video teleconferencing. Our main room can comfortably seat up to 40 people who may participate interactively and simultaneously using our two-way interactive distance learning video system. Our ITV conference room can seat 12, and our combination computer lab/ITV classroom can seat 16 people. Ku/C band Satellite downlinks can be fed into these rooms. The TCRC regularly offers various courses and training to the public, but you can reserve these rooms for your organizational or business meetings for $75 per hour for Non-Profit events.

Computer/ITV Laboratory This computer laboratory holds 20 networked computer stations plus an instructors station with SmartBoard. This room also serves as an additional interactive video (ITV) room. We offer regular hands-on computer courses which are reasonably priced but you can reserve this room, as scheduling allows, for your own training for $60 per hour.

Public Access Computers Six networked computers are available for public access. These computers provide the public and students free access to the Internet and include the Microsoft Office product suite. A printer is connected to the public access workstations. Although use of the public access workstations is free, patrons are required to read and agree to an acceptable use policy.

Program Rates ITV/Satellite Conferences: $75/hour; Credit Hour Courses: $50/credit hour; Computer Tutoring: $25/hour; Test Proctoring: $15; VCR/DVD recording - no tape/disk provided (plus postage, if mailed): $8; VCR/DVD recording - tape/disk provided (plus postage, if mailed): $5. Other rates are available upon request.

Print and Media Rates CD purchase: $2/each; CD Burned: $7/each; Diskettes: $2/each; Printing/Copying Black & White: $.10/page; Printing Color: $1.00/page; Scanning to disk: $20/hour (billed in quarter hour increments); Fax Send: $2.00 first page, $1.00 each additional page; Fax receive: 5 pages: $2.00 (charge in 5 page increments).
