MU Direct:Continuing and Distance Education MU Direct offers distance-learning courses and programs -- including 15 online degree options -- in areas including education, journalism, agriculture, nursing, the allied health professions and health management and informatics.

University of Missouri Center for Distance and Independent Study More than 300 independent study courses, including online offerings, are available year-round at the elementary, middle school, high school, undergraduate, graduate and non-credit levels. Through MU High School, students also may earn a diploma.
